Valentine's Day Wine Dinner (Saturday 2/16)
Bring your dearest in for a romantic dinner prepared by our Head Chef, Jacob Matuszak. Upon arrival, you will receive Champagne and Caviar. Course two is a Rustic salad with Roasted Mushrooms, Baby Clams and tossed in a Garlic-Parmesan Vinaigrette, paired with a dry white wine. Course three we bring the beef - Brisket and Veal Ragu over Pappardelle noodles and paired alongside a Nebbiolo. For dessert we have prepared Traditionally made tiramisu with Marsala Wine.
